Q: Can I add something else to my order?
Ans: You can add or remove products from your "Cart". Once you checkout and confirm your order, you will unable to add new items. You can cancel your order before the order state change to "Processing".
Q: How can I check my order status?
Ans: You can check your order information in "My Account". Login and go to your account and click on "My Orders", the order status would be displayed here.
Payment Questions
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
Ans: As a newly growing platform, only "Cash on Delivery" is now available for payment option. You will get your product delivered at your home and then pay cash to our authorized delivery person. No advance payment is required. We have planned in future to add Mobile Banking like Bkash, Nagad, Rocket and other Bank Credit Cards.
Shipping Questions
Q: Which shipping methods do you offer?
Ans: Now we are shipping your products with our authorized delivery persons within Dhaka city. Outside of Dhaka city we are using different courier services which are near to you. We always try to facilitate our customers.
Q: How do I know that my order has been shipped?
Ans: Once your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email including the tracking number automatically.
You can also check the information in "My Account". Login to your account and click on "My Orders", the order status would be displayed there.
Q: What countries or regions do you ship to?
Ans: We only ship products in Bangladesh.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Q: How do I exchange it for a different size if my item is not fit?
Ans: You can definitely exchange it for a different size within 7 days of your item arriving. Please go to "Contact Us" page and send a message within 7 days upon receiving it to initiate the process.
Q: How do I return an item?
Ans: We strive to offer you the best shopping experience with our fast and Worry-Free return policy. Please go to "Contact Us" page and send us a message written about the reason within 7 days to accelerate the process. Once the returned item received by merchandiser, your money will be refunded back to you. Refunds do not include the delivery charge unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If the item is damaged or incorrect, you can keep the item and get the full refunds.
